Ayurveda

I have been studying Ayurveda under the guidance of Mother Maya (Maya Tiwari) for the past 6 years. Her school, WEA, focuses on restoring and preserving women's health through a grassoroot approach.
I have also completed the CAP (Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner) course with Kerala Ayurveda Academy in the U.S  and am currently pursuing intensive studies through Ayurveda Pura Academy in London.

As I am passionate about deepening my knowledge so I can share it in my practice and in my life with others, I take any available opportunity to study intensives/workshops with what I consider my most inspiring teachers (aside from Mother Maya) like Dr. Vasant Lad, Dr. Svoboda, Vaidya Mishra etc.
