Ayurveda

I have been studying Ayurveda under the guidance of Swamini Mayatitananda for the past 2 years. Her school, WEA, focuses on restoring and preserving women's health through a grassoroot approach.
I have also completed the CAP (Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner) course with the Kerala Ayurveda, and am pursuing advanced studies at the school.
