why Blooming Lotus?
In a society that focuses on outward experiences and represses the power of the inner world, we often feel that unless something looks perfect, it cannot be perfect.
The lotus flower is an example of perfect beauty, but it feeds, thrives and blossoms in muddy waters. Like the lotus flower we must draw from our experiences, even the negative ones, and live our full potential: blossom into the beautiful human beings we were meant to be. Freedom and happiness is our birth-right.

As a Holistic Health Counselor, I will inspire you to find your road to healing. My work is based on individuality. As no two flakes of snow are the same, each of us is unique. To create practical, fun, and manageable program, I will first of all listen to your personal story. Then we will come up with the strategy that is most appropriate for your personal goal whether it be finding more energy, learning to relax, loosing/gaining weight, developing a healthier lifestyle, giving your life better balance.

I assess your body constitution through Ayurveda and develop a personalized nutritional and/or movement program to help you achieve your goals.

I guide you in Pilates and Yoga practice to help you strengthen the physical and emotional body.

I use aromatherapy to inspire, enliven, balance your senses, and emotions.

I use intuitive massage, Thai body work, and Reiki to redirect energy and relieve tension.
